Nikolay Konkin, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Konkin graduated from the Leningrad Nakhimov Naval School and Naval University of Radio Electronics. Following graduation he worked at Russian Naval Headquarters where his duties included: data-loss prevention and complex technical control.

Mr. Konkin joined B.A.C. (Asteros Group since 2010) in 2006 as Vice-President of the Security Systems Division.

He has a great deal of experience in international and domestic information technologies and complex security systems, R&D for integrated safety and security systems, integrated systems for managing data security and protection, and secure automated systems. In 2008, he was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Konkin became the Chairman of the Board in 2009.

Vasiliy Sholokhov, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sholokhov graduated from the Naval Institute of Radio Electronics, where he studied radio engineering. He also holds a postgraduate degree from the Moscow Presidential Academy of Public Administration. Following graduation, Mr. Sholokhov worked at Russian Naval Headquarters.

In 2007 he joined B.A.C. (Asteros Group since 2010) as Chief of Administration at the Security Systems Division. Mr. Sholokhov has been working as KABEST CEO since 2009

Taras Bondarenko, Commercial Director

Mr Bondarenko graduated from the Moscow Military School and Military Space Engineering Academy, where he studied the computer-aimed support of automated data-collection & processing systems.

His current duties include: Management in the area of complex security systems.

Ivan Burdelo, Director of Information Security Department

Mr. Burdelo graduated from the Suvorov Military School in 1995. In 2000 he graduated from the Rostov Military Institute of Rocket Troops, major in computing machinery, complexes, systems and networks. He has several international certificates from Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Sybase, BSI in IT and information security.

Professional experience:

• 2000 – 2008 – Mr. Burdelo worked at various academic positions in the 4th Central Research Institute of Ministry of Defense.
• April 2008 - Head of Information Security, B.A.C.
• Since October 2009 - Director of Information Security Department in KABEST.

Oleg Konkin, Director of Project Management Department

Mr. Konkin graduated from Penza Higher Artillery Engineering School in 1987, major in mechanical engineering. Also he holds a postgraduate degree from the St. Petersburg Artillery Academy.
