Closed circuit television systems (CCTV)
CCTV is one of the most important components of an integrated physical security system. The core function of this system is to provide reliable information on the situation at the sites, which is vital when it comes to making adequate decisions and eliminating possible risks.
This functional and technically-complex system provides video processing, recording, storage and playback, and processes alarm signals received from the other parts of the system.
Depending on the type of equipment, CCTV systems can be either analog or digital. Analog systems are used for small-scale site security. Enterprises or geographically-distributed objects use digital CCTV systems that are integrated with other parts of the system. The system records and analyzes data from cameras, access control card readers, security and fire detectors, and "makes decisions" on the physical security of the object in standalone mode or as directed by the system operator.
Essential components of a CCTV system:
- TV cameras and lenses
- TV monitors
- Rotating units
KABEST designs and installs CCTV systems based on a broad range of equipment certified for use within the Russian Federation. KABEST has implemented many CCTV projects, including for the FSB of Russia, Aeroflot Russian Airlines, Anapa Airport, TMK and Stroyprominvest-1.
